Care We Provide

Medication Management

Once your psychiatric evaluation is complete, medication management is how your provider keeps your treatment on track. It’s not a one-time prescription and goodbye — you’ll have regular follow-up visits where your provider checks how things are going and adjusts as needed.

The Basics

What Is Medication Management

Medication management is ongoing psychiatric care focused on your medication how well it’s working, whether you’re having side effects, and whether anything needs to change. It follows your initial psychiatric evaluation and continues for as long as you need it.

The Process

How It Works

01

Start with an evaluation

Every medication management plan begins with a full psychiatric evaluation, so your provider understands what they’re treating before prescribing anything.

02

Begin treatment

If medication is appropriate, your provider sends the prescription electronically to your pharmacy.

03

Regular follow-ups

You’ll have ongoing appointments to check how the medication is working, watch for side effects, and adjust the dose or medication if needed.
